This draft explains the information Qonivo needs to operate a business workspace and how that information is handled.

Information Qonivo handles

Qonivo processes owner account information, business profile and branding details, customer contact details entered by the business, quotes, jobs, invoices, recorded payments, uploaded logos, and technical information needed to secure and operate the service.

Do not enter card numbers, wallet credentials, passwords, or other payment credentials into Qonivo records. Hosted payment screens are intended to keep those credentials with the payment provider.

Why the information is used

Information is used to authenticate owners, provide the quote-to-payment workflow, generate business documents, maintain tenant isolation, support customers, prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and administer subscriptions.

Service providers and transfers

Qonivo relies on service providers for authentication, database storage, file storage, application hosting, and payment processing. Payment information is handled directly by our payment provider when subscription billing is available. We share only the information needed to provide each service.

Access, correction, export, and deletion

Owners may correct business and customer records through the application. A documented request process for account access, export, correction, and deletion will be published through Support before the paid launch. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, dispute handling, accounting, or legal obligations.

Security and retention

Qonivo uses authenticated sessions, tenant-scoped queries, database row-level security, and scoped storage policies. No online service can promise absolute security. Final retention periods, breach-response contacts, and privacy-owner details must be approved and added before this policy becomes effective.
